Zuccato Sweet & Sour Peppers (Peperoni Agrodolci) are preserved in wine vinegar. They are processed from fresh ingredients (without the shift in brine), and with the addition of a mixture of herbs, sugar and wine vinegar are aged in wooden barrels.
The element that determines the uniqueness of Zuccato Sweet & Sour Peppers is the quality of the pepper that used: the “ox horn”, so named for the characteristic elongated shape and a lone striker. It is a type of pepper exceptional in its texture, firmness and sweetness.

About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
