Clement Faugier Chestnut Cream from the Ardèche is a recipe created in 1885 in Privas. This recipe has remained the same since the origin of its creation and it uses only natural ingredients.
Clement Faugier is an irresistible dessert of its own but is also excellent on toasts, crêpes, as well as ice cream or yogurt because of its thick and smooth texture.
Chestnut spread or cream, aka Creme de Marrons in French, is not the same as Chestnut Puree. Chestnut cream is thicker and smoother than puree.

Chestnuts (50%), sugar, candied chestnuts, glucose syrup, water, natural vanilla extract. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g, total sugar content 60g per 100g.

About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
