How to Use:
- Heat 60 ml of olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat. Optionally, sauté squid, prawns, or mussels to enhance the flavor.
- Add 360g of rice and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Incorporate the entire 50g packet of dehydrated stock evenly across the pan.
- Pour in 1.5 liters of warm water and increase the heat to medium-high.
- Cook for 10 minutes on medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low until the rice absorbs all the liquid (approximately 10 more minutes).
- For a finishing touch, add mussels in the last 5 minutes of cooking if desired.

The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
