Boni parmesan cheese gift box has been matured for 30 months. This is the age when parmesan cheese reaches the richest in nutritional elements, is drier, more crumbly and more grainy. The stronger flavour and the notes of spices and dried fruit are predominant.
Due to this extremely determined character, it goes well with both red wines with a high body and structure and with passito and meditation white wines. Parmigiano Reggiano stravecchio is excellent grated to dress pasta, soups, and also, to try, it is the perfect combination with balsamic vinegar, also "very old", of Modena or Reggio Emilia and the pairing with honeys and mustards.

About Boni Spa Dairies
Boni SpA produces about 90,000 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano per year in two owned dairies (PR2331 and PR2332) and of these 60,000 are of the historic serial number PR2331. The activity also includes the purchase and subsequent maturation in the company warehouses of much more cheese, coming from dairies in the entire Parmigiano Reggiano area with a prevalence of the areas of Parma and Reggio Emilia, selected over time for quality and qualitative characteristics.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES FOR AUSTRALIA WIDE ORDERS:
Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex delivery service. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $10.60. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
