Westminster Red Cheddar cheese is distinctively sweet, with nutty caramelised notes combined with a little savoury ‘bite’.
The Rustic Red is a sweet red Cheddar produced with milk from grass fed cows.
Originally Red cheddar was a cheese that happened by mistake. A helveticus culture was added to a savoury cheddar recipe by accident. The cheesemaker noticed the error of his ways too late and the cheese was made, over time the cheese matured into something magnificent. The helveticus culture, (indigenous to the alpine region of Europe) creates a slightly shorter texture and its signature snap/crumble when you bite it....it's the perfect cheddar for your cheeseboard.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES FOR AUSTRALIA WIDE ORDERS:
Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex delivery service. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $10.60. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
